4/12/22 – CMA makes first artist announcements – click here

If you booked a package through us, here is what you need to know:

Many of you are returning guests and many of you are new to us for CMA Music Festival 2022.  Here is what we know right now:

  • CMA has announced via social media that they will begin announcing artists scheduled to appear sometime later today 4/12/22.  We will get this info up on our website in the coming days, but you can always find the most current information on the offical website at www.cmafest.com
  • 2022 tickets will be digital.  In the past they have been physical tickets and we have given them out to all guests on either the Wednesday or Thursday of CMA Fest week.  CMA has a plan for hoe we will get you your digital tickets and we will update you on that process as we get closer to the event.  CMA has indicated it will be sometime around mid May before we have that completed. Rest assured we will be able to get you your digital tickets as long as you have a smartphone.
  • Updates to the Festival from previous years.  Due to COVID, we do expect there to be some changes from previous years as it relates to meet and greets and other close contact with artists, specifically at Fan Fair X (included in four day passes)  We will do our best to keep you informed

What is next?

  • On or about May 15, 2022, you will receive a “final confirmation” from us via email.  This email will have any final details for your package, including the hotel confirmation number for your room, where and when you can pick up packets at the hotel, and any final details
  • Watch for informational emails – As CMA makes announcements about the event, we will try and email you to keep you up to date on the event and opportunities that surround it
  • Go to www.cmafest.com, scroll down about half way and sign up for their informational newsletter, this will help keep you up to date
  • Make out your list, pack your boots, shorts, sunscreen and cowboy hats and get ready for the time of your life!!!
