At Nashville Express Tours, we provide packages for CMA Fest each June in Nashville.  All packages include at least four nights accommodations (June 4,5,6 & 7 in 2026) and a standard package of inclusions.  In addition, many guests will add extra nights or add ons to their package.  This page outlines all of the details.

Details on our Standard CMA Fest Package:

  • Hotel accommodations

    • To start our 2026 offerings we offer packages at 8 great downtown hotel properties.  Alphabetically, the hotels we offer are the AC Hotel, Drury Plaza Hotel, Holiday Inn & Suites, Hyatt Place Suites, Omni Music City Center, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and the Tru by Hilton.  All of these hotels are located in the “SoBro” area of downtown and are perfectly located to walk to CMA Fest activities.  All hotels charge for parking, anywhere from $45-$75 per car per night depending on the property.  Since about half our guests fly in for the event, parking is not included in the packages and is the responsibility of the guest.
  • CMA Fest 4 Day Pass

    • Each paid guest in your party will have a CMA Fest 4 Day pass which includes a reserved seat ticket for the nightly concerts held in Nissan Stadium on June 4,5,6 & 7, 2026.  Additionally, the pass includes four days of admission to Fan Fair X where there are a couple of stages, booths with various things for sale related to the event, and lots and lots of meet and greet opportunities.  There are also several outdoor stages with daytime performances all over downtown.  The outdoor stages and Fan Alley are available to the general public, but the artists are all arranged and scheduled through CMA for the event.  Some of the pass inclusions change a little from year to year and these inclusions are subject to change by CMA without notice.  *Ascend Amphitheater concerts are not included in the 4 day pass as those concerts are at the same time as the Nissan Stadium nightly shows.
  • NEW for 2026 – Singer/Songwriter Event

    • All of our package guests will receive general admission to a special Singer/Songwriter event downtown on Saturday, June 6, 2026.  Nashville is truly Country Music USA and is not only home to many of the top artists in the industry, but is where the songs and stories are created.  We are creating an event exclusive to our guests where you will have an opportunity to hear from those that write and record the music in a very special setting.
  • NEW for 2026 – Admission to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

    • All of our package guests in 2026 will have an included admission to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.  Located in the center of the CMA Fest downtown footprint, the CMHOF is the standard bearer for all things country music including instruments, songs, memorabilia, and so much more.  Seasonal exhibits keep the museum new to annual visitors and is a must see when visiting Nashville.  Your voucher is good for admission 6/3-6/8.
  • Ticket Delivery

    • CMA Fest 4 Day Passes and Fan Fair X tickets are now digital and require a smart phone for admission.  We receive the tickets from CMA in late May and email them out to all of our guests prior to the end of May.  The tickets for the Singer/Songwriter event as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame and any other add ons will be available for pick up at our hotel registration tables.
  • Welcome Gift Bag

    • Each year we give our guests a welcome bag at our hotel registration desks with a few essentials for the week.  It can change a little from year to year, but the standard is an event compliant clear bag.  In 2025, our bags included a hand fan, a universal charging cord, a rain poncho, and a collapsible, reusable water bottle for use at the event.
  • All hotel taxes, resort fees, ticket fees and applicable taxes

    • Our prices include resort fees and sales and occupancy taxes so there are no hidden fees.
