How does the per-person pricing work?
Package prices are listed per person, based on double occupancy — two guests sharing one hotel room. The fewer people in a room, the higher the per-person price; the more you share, the lower it goes. Traveling solo or with a larger group? Call us and we’ll give you an exact quote for your party.
Every package includes reserved Nissan Stadium seating, a downtown hotel (minimum 4 nights), your CMA Fest 4-Day Pass, Fan Fair X access, our exclusive Saturday singer/songwriter showcase, Country Music Hall of Fame admission, an on-site concierge all week, and all taxes and fees. One booking covers the whole trip.
You can book securely online or over the phone with our team. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we also offer buy-now-pay-later through Klarna and Afterpay so you can spread the cost over time.
Because we reserve seats, hotel rooms and festival passes on your behalf, packages have specific cancellation terms. They’re laid out clearly in our terms before you book, so there are no surprises — and our team is always happy to walk you through them so you’re comfortable before you decide.
