DOWNTOWN HOTELS – Most of our downtown hotels are located in the downtown area and considered walking distance for CMA Fest. These are the most desirable lodging options for CMA Fest! These hotels are all within a half mile walk to Music City Center (FFX) and less than 1.3 miles from Nissan Stadium.

The Hilton Suites Downtown is the most convenient hotel to everything CMA Fest. The hotel’s large rooms feature either one king or two double beds. Great lobby, dining options, and a location right in the middle of the CMA Fest daytime footprint at Walk of Fame Park. (Note this hotel does not have a pool)
The Omni Nashville is a prime property for those CMA Fest guests that want a property with everything. A great rooftop pool, Bob’s Steakhouse, Kitchen Notes Restaurant, Barlines restaurant and bar, and maybe the friendliest staff in any hotel in Nashville. The Omni shares the building with Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and is next door to FFX.
The Hyatt Place Suites downtown features large rooms with either one king or two queen beds, complimentary breakfast included daily in the lobby. In the evening they have live music and a cash bar on the lobby area making it a great place to gather before taking the walk across the pedestrian bridge to Nissan Stadium
Just 5 years old, the Drury Plaza has the best combination of location, amenities and rate for our downtown guests. Start the day with the quickstart breakfast included at the hotel, then a close walk to most things CMA Fest before enjoying the complimentary evening cocktails at the Kickback at the hotel before the nightly concerts.
The AC Hotel downtown is part of the Marriott tri-brand property located at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Korean Veterans Blvd across from the Omni. Crisp clean rooms with a new style feel, the AC Hotel packages include breakfast daily, access to a great outdoor pool area, and a great location.
The Residence Inn Downtown is part of the Marriott tri-brand property located at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Korean Veterans Blvd across from the Omni. The Residence Inn features rooms with one king bed, a kitchen area, and a large footprint of living space for you to spread out. Breakfast included daily and access to outdoor pool.
The Springhill Suites downtown is part of the Marriott tri-brand property located at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Korean Veterans Blvd across from the Omni. Large rooms with one king or 2 queen beds, the Springhill Suites packages include breakfast daily, access to a great outdoor pool area, and a great location.
The Holiday Inn downtown at 4th Avenue and Peabody is a hidden gem of a hotel for CMA Fest. Very nicely appointed rooms, reasonable walking to everything CMA Fest, the Bodega Market, and Almost Friday Sporting Club bar and grill are all popular with our guests. This hotel is a hidden gem for CMA Fest guests. New for 2025, breakfast is included daily!
The Tru by Hilton is a new property for us in 2025. This option is more affordable than most downtown options, features breakfast daily, a small pool area, and is still a reasonable walking distance from all things CMA Fest. We believe those that make the Tru by Hilton their 2025 CMA Fest hotel will love it! *ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS ONLY, NO KINGS REMAIN
Hyatt House Downtown is another new hotel for us in 2025. The Hyatt House includes breakfast daily, and nicely appointed rooms with a microwave, minifridge, coffee maker, and more. The property features an indoor pool, the H Bar for drinks and burgers, and the H Market for convenience store type items.
The Holiday Express Downtown is located at 10th and Broadway. About a 1.3 miles from Nissan Stadium, there is a bit more walking involved for those that stay here, but they include a nice breakfast, good service, and a great rate for our guests. If you are willing to walk a little more, this property can save you a few dollars over other options.
These hotels may be of interest to CMA Fest guests for various reasons but are not located in areas we consider walking distance to the event. Because they are away from downtown, they will require the guest to find transportation to and from the CMA Fest events, but they are less expensive options than the downtown properties.
Located 12 miles from downtown, the Gaylord Opryland Resort is the grand hotel of the South. With acres and acres of gardens under glass, lots of great restaurant choices, and a style unmatched in Tennessee, the Gaylord Opryland Resort is a destination all to itself. (Guests staying here must find own transportation to and from CMA Fest)
