The Hyatt House in SoBro is a new offering for us in 2025.  This property is just a few years old, offers crisp, clean rooms, and is one of our most affordable options for CMA Fest.  This property is walking distance, but a bit further away from the CMA Fest footprint thatn most of our downtown properties, but we think quality of the the hotel and the amenities make up for a couple of extra blocks of walking.
