We’re a family business that has been bringing country fans to Nashville since the original Fan Fair. We handle the seats, the hotel, the passes and the details — so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the music.

Our story

A family name in country music travel

Nashville Express Tours started bringing fans to town back in the Fan Fair days, and we’ve never stopped. Today the business is run by Bill Oliver, a second-generation tour operator who grew up around CMA Fest and now hosts guests the same way his family always has — personally.
In the office, Jackie Moore has helped guests book their trips for more than ten years. Plenty of our travelers ask for her by name, year after year, because she remembers them and gets the details right. When you arrive in Nashville, our greeter Anna is there to welcome you in person.
Our whole philosophy is simple: take care of every detail so you don’t have to. Reserved stadium seats, a downtown hotel, your passes, Fan Fair X, our private Saturday showcase — it’s all in one booking, handled by people who answer the phone when you call.
