Once we commit reservations on your behalf, some or all of your payment may become non-
refundable, depending on timing and the terms of the hotels, venue, and pass providers. Any refund eligibility and timing for your specific booking are detailed in your confirmation and booking terms.
Sometimes a change (dates, names, room occupancy, or upgrades) is possible where a full
cancellation is not. If your plans shift, call us first — we’ll look for the best path.
For trips that involve travel and advance reservations, we recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
