Booking terms & conditions

These terms apply to CMA Fest packages booked through VisitCMAFest.com, operated by Nashville Express Tours, LLC (“we,” “us”). By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the minimum, nonrefundable deposit payment is processed and you receive a written (.pdf) confirmation by email. Please review your confirmation and tell us right away if anything is incorrect.

All funds are nonrefundable after March 5, 2027

2. Pricing, taxes & fees

Package prices are listed per person and are based on room occupancy (the number of guests
sharing a room). Listed prices include applicable taxes and resort fees.
***  Parking is not included in any packages and those that drive to Nashville will need to pay for parking at the hotel ($45-$75 per night)

3. Payment options

You can pay securely by credit or debit card.  Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.  After the initial deposit, you may make incremental payments at anytime between booking and final payment due date, or pay it all at once.

4. What's included

All inclusions are spelled out and listed on the package confirmation.  Our standard package includes reserved Nissan Stadium seating, a downtown hotel (minimum 4 nights), your CMA Fest 4-Day Pass, Fan Fair X access, our exclusive Saturday singer/songwriter showcase, Country Music Hall of Fame admission, an on-site greet in Wednesday June 9 and Thursday, June 10, and all taxes and fees. One booking covers the whole trip.

5. Changes to your booking

Need to change names, room occupancy, or add an upgrade? Contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and any difference in price, and some changes may not be possible close to the event.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Because we reserve seats, hotel rooms, and passes on your behalf, packages are subject to specific
cancellation terms. Please see our Cancellation & refund policy for details.

7. Hotels & seating

Specific seating for the NISSAN Stadium concerts will be listed on your confirmation.  Reserved seating is 100 Level standard unless you select an upgrade or downgrade. We seat parties together where possible. Hotels are hand-picked and we have worked with them all before.  We will make requests to the hotel on your behalf, but cannot guarantee those requests.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving in Nashville, bringing valid identification, and complying with venue and hotel policies. Guests who do not comply with venue rules may be denied entry without refund.

9. Changes or events beyond our control

Event schedules and lineups are set by third parties and may change. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as weather or acts of the venue or event organizer).

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Independent operator

Nashville Express Tours is an independent tour operator and is not affiliated with the Country Music Association (CMA), CMA Fest, or Nissan Stadium. See our Disclaimer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
