How does the per-person pricing work?
Package prices are listed per person, based on double occupancy — two guests sharing one hotel room. The fewer people in a room, the higher the per-person price; the more you share, the lower it goes. Traveling solo or with a larger group? Call us and we’ll give you an exact quote for your party.
What changes the price?
Three things: how many guests share a room (occupancy), whether you add a seating upgrade, and whether you add extra nights beyond the included minimum. Everything else in “What’s included” is already in the price.
How do I pay?
You can book securely online or over the phone with our team. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we also offer buy-now-pay-later through Klarna and Afterpay so you can spread the cost over time.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Every payment runs through an encrypted SSL checkout, and we always confirm every detail of your package with you before anything is finalized.
When do 2026 packages go on sale?
CMA sets the official on-sale date each year, so packages aren’t priced or sold until then. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first to know — and first to book — the moment 2026 packages open up.
What's included
What's in a package?
Every package includes reserved Nissan Stadium seating, a downtown hotel (minimum 4 nights), your CMA Fest 4-Day Pass, Fan Fair X access, our exclusive Saturday singer/songwriter showcase, Country Music Hall of Fame admission, an on-site concierge all week, and all taxes and fees. One booking covers the whole trip.
How many hotel nights are included?
A minimum of 4 nights at a downtown Nashville hotel — enough to enjoy the full festival without rushing. Want to arrive early or stay longer? Just add extra nights when you book or give us a call.
What's not included?
Your flights and transportation to Nashville aren’t included, and meals beyond anything we specifically note are on you — which leaves you free to enjoy all the great food downtown. If you’d like a hand sorting travel, just ask and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Your seats
What seats do I get?
Every package comes with reserved lower-level standard seats at Nissan Stadium — close to the action with a clear view of the stage. Your seats are assigned ahead of time, so there’s no scramble when you arrive.
Can I upgrade my seats?
Yes. Premium and field upgrades are available when you book, so you can get even closer to the stage. Add an upgrade during checkout, or call us and we’ll set it up.
Can my group sit together?
Absolutely. We seat your whole party together in the same section. Just let us know your group when you book and we’ll take care of it.
Travel & logistics
When and where is CMA Fest?
CMA Fest 2026 runs June 4–7 in downtown Nashville, with the nightly stadium concerts at Nissan Stadium. Your hotel is downtown and within easy reach of the stadium and Fan Fair X.
What about parking?
Most guests don’t need a car — downtown hotels, the stadium and Fan Fair X are all within walking distance, and rideshares are easy. If you’re driving in, hotels offer paid parking; call us and we’ll share the specifics for your hotel.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes for walking, sun protection and light layers for warm June evenings, and a photo ID. Nissan Stadium has a clear-bag policy, so plan to travel light. We’ll send a full what-to-know rundown before your trip.
Do you accommodate accessibility needs?

Are international guests welcome?
