Thank you for your reservation request. We process each reservation request individually and with little automation so each request takes us some time looking at your request and making the reservation for you. It can take a day or three for us to get you a confirmation for your package when we are at our busiest times, especially right as our packages go on sale.
The credit card you submitted online has only been authorized. We will not charge your card for the deposit if we have the package still available that you requested. If we do not have the hotel or seating section you requested, we will reach out to you before booking your package and charging your card. When we do reach out, if we miss you, contact us back as soon as possible for the best options.
