Thank you for your request.  We process each request individually and with little automation so each request takes us some time looking at your request and making the reservation for you.  Requests for reservations with the deposit will be processed first, the proposal requests will be processed.

You should receive a response from us within one business day.

If you submitted a credit card to make a reservation, the credit card you submitted online has only been authorized.  We will not charge your card for the payment unless we have the package still available that you requested.  If we do not have the package you requested, we will reach out to you before booking your package and charging your card.  When we do reach out, if we miss you, contact us back as soon as possible for the best options.
